Your Calendars,
Your Choice

Signing in, choosing a booking destination and connecting conflict calendars are separate actions. Your TimeWiz account belongs to your verified sign-in identity. Adding another email or calendar account does not create another TimeWiz host.

TimeWiz Calendar

You can take bookings and manage them in TimeWiz without an external calendar. TimeWiz's own confirmed and pending commitments block conflicting times. Calendar files can be added to a guest's calendar app; standard files do not promise automatic synchronisation or RSVP tracking in every app.

Choose Where New Meetings Go

Use Where New Meetings Go in Calendars. An available external destination must be explicitly selected. Changing that setting affects future bookings; existing meetings retain their original destination for later changes and cancellation. A disconnected original destination may need reconnecting before its meeting can be updated.

Optional Conflict Sources

Connect and select work or personal calendars to include their busy times. Only selected sources are checked. Calendars that are not connected are not checked, so their commitments cannot protect your availability automatically. Other people's calendar availability is unknown unless a supported, authorised source is actually connected.

iCloud

iCloud connections are being prepared for public availability. When enabled in your account, choose which calendars supply busy times. A conflict-only connection does not create or change events. Any external booking destination must be explicitly available and selected before TimeWiz can write meetings there.

Some iCloud connections use an Apple app-specific password. Enter it only in the TimeWiz connection screen. The credential is saved encrypted and can be revoked through your Apple Account.

Google Availability

Google connections are not part of the initial public native-calendar launch while public-access approval remains pending. TimeWiz still works without Google. When enabled later, primary booking-account access and additional read-only conflict-account access remain separate, with consent shown by Google.

When A Selected Calendar Cannot Be Checked

TimeWiz pauses new bookings if a selected source cannot be verified. A failed check is not treated as free time. Reconnect the source or deliberately exclude it. Cancellation does not require an unrelated conflict source to be online, but an external event is not reported cancelled until its destination confirms the outcome.

Disconnecting And Data Controls

Disconnecting a source does not delete your TimeWiz account, booking history or participants' calendar and email copies. Read the Privacy Policy for data use, retention and data requests.
