Help With TimeWiz
Getting Started
Create your host account, verify sign-in and choose your time zone. TimeWiz Calendar is the default; Google is not required. Set your rules, check your booking destination, then share a link or offer specific times.
Connecting More Calendars
Add accounts inside your existing TimeWiz host. Select the calendars that should block time. Add calendar accounts while staying signed in to TimeWiz. Availability depends on the providers enabled in the deployment.
Your Booking Times Look Wrong
Check the named time zones and dates in TimeWiz and the source calendar. The same instant can appear at different local times, including different dates. Compare the event date rather than assuming today's UTC offset. Events marked Free do not block availability.
A Connection Has Expired
Reconnect the original account from Calendars. Selected unavailable sources remain visible and block new bookings until they can be checked or you explicitly exclude them. Existing meetings retain their original destination. Never send credentials or verification codes to support.
Booking Email Or Calendar Files
Check the recorded delivery status and your spam folder. Provider acceptance alone does not prove inbox delivery. A calendar app may ask you to add or accept the attached meeting file. TimeWiz does not infer attendance or automatically synchronise every participant's RSVP.
Support And Privacy Requests
Contact support@sharesign.co. ShareSign Inc. operates TimeWiz. An ownership check may be needed before account information can be disclosed or changed. Do not send passwords, app-specific passwords, authenticator codes or private booking-management links.
Calendar Access explains source and destination choices. Privacy Policy describes information used for scheduling and retention and your data controls.
